More details about the project
This project started in 2018, with the aim of gathering information about concert music written for cello by Mexican composers. We have created a collection of scores and a set of recordings, and we plan to organize all the collected information in a database.
One of the achievements of this project is the publication of more than 40 scores by 29 Mexican composers with very varied creative styles and spanning more than a century. All published scores have been edited according to musicological criteria, also guided by a careful and aesthetic editorial design.
